An endurance athlete.

A woman who loves a good manicure.

Someone who has learned that life doesn't get smaller just because we get older.

I didn't create BaldRunningGirl because I have everything figured out.

I created it because I'm still figuring it out.

I'm still training.

Still chasing finish lines.

Still discovering what my body and mind are capable of.

Still having days when things don't go according to plan.

AndI'm still showing up.

That's what BRG is about.

Not perfection.

But Participation.

I started running because it became more than exercise.

I started racing because it became more than finish lines.

I started training because it became a lesson in discipline.

I am getting older, but I believe it is a reason to challenge assumptions rather than accept them.

And now, the journey has become something I want to share.
